Reflection: I agree with this statement because i think a promise is like keeping your word. I think that when you promise something it is a sign of trust so if you break people will see you as untrustworthy. When you break a promise it almost makes it seem like if you didn't care at all. I think you should always keep your promises because it shows who you are as a person.
